I LOVE this place! I?ve been a few times, but the young man that took our order on Saturday is the reason I?ve decided to... finally leave a review. He was patient, polite and courteous! Great customer service is imperative and he didn?t disappoint. Myother experiences weren?t horrible, it?s just that this young man set the time. Great job. Look the ice cream is good. But the experience I had today with a young lady was horrible. When my wife went to order she asked... what size of concrete the customer in front of us had. The young lady replied ?I don?t know, I don?t know who you are talkingabout?. When my wife pointed out the customer who just walked away the young lady rolled her eyes, clearly in disgust, andpainfully replied, ?a mini?. When I asked what sizes were available in addition to the mini, again more rolled eyes and withoutmuttering a word she pointed at the different size cups set up behind the glass. She clearly was annoyed. I suggest to theowners to do a better job screening your help. Your ice cream is good but I will never go back.
