Ordered online. Said 20 minutes to make. Waited 40 minutes, mind you the app said it was ready at 23 minute mark and it was not.... They ran out of quac and were unable to reimburse me for the already paid sandwhich. Full of excuses. Learn from my experienceand do not order from this store online. Read more

They say they close at 8:30, but they never do. They close way earlier. I went around 7:30 and it was closed. A couple months... ago I went at 8 and they were closed. Also one time I ordered a roasted chicken salad and they said that they aren?t supposed tochop it up so the meat was just there in the huge piece it comes in and the slices of cheese as well. I had to cut it up athome. They also said that they can?t warm up the meat. Read more
Best subway I have EVER been to! The store is so clean, always smells like yummy fresh bread and the employees are always so... friendly and funny! They make the best sandwiches, too, and never skimp! They clearly take pride in their jobs, I am definitelycoming back! Also, AMAZING music taste. Read more
Has very bad management. They'll accept coupons for a week then all of a sudden stop. Go to a different subway if you intend on... using coupons. Read more
Horrible costumer service ... Was insulated when i made a request for guacamole. Man told me he hated when people ordered it .... then was told i was being huffy when i said nevermind if its a problem will not be be going back to that store nor will myfriends or family. This was the 3rd time i was treated badly in there. And I am not the only one . my son who is 14 was alsoinsulated by this same man .. Hope they will do something about this. Read more
My co-workers and I got our lunch here, we had it for pick up. When I got back to work with them, two out of three of our... sandwiches were completely wrong, not just one thing but everything, he put stuff one their that we didn't ask for and leftstuff off that we did ask for. We called and asked if we could get it fixed, they said yeah, so I went back to get them. Ichecked one sandwich and it was right but of coarse when I got back the other sandwich had the wrong bread... and on top of thisNOTHING tasted fresh on the sandwich. Read more
