I would say for this Marysville location the staff was a bit impatient with the store app not working properly and just in... general. It is a decent place, simple to find, clean, but I would rather go someplace that's a bit more friendly and patient.UPDATE : Loni was all by herself when she picked up her phone from 1985. She doesn't usually take over the phone orderespecially not with this phone that the owners need to seriously update. She made me a beautiful spicy Italian subs. TheMarysville on 5th and State is one of the few places next to the Walmart on 64th who still has gluten free bread. This is the saddest customer service I have experience at this particular location. I been a loyal customer at this location for... two years. " build it your own way" is not what happened at today's order. I know this sounds petty but I was not satisfiedcustomer. Legit, all I wanted was guacamole on my sandwich. I understand that it cant go inside the microwave ( I have seen donethere before) and can turn black ( probably because they have it on too hot). The person could have it AFTER the sandwich washeated. Simple solution. Saddest experience. I wasn't the only customer who didn't like the service. I watched two othercustomers not being satisfied on the sandwich they wanted. They lost 3 customers today. Read more
This Subway is amazing when it comes to customer service and gluten free options! When I come in they always know my order and... are great at not cross contaminating the food. I always get an "egg taco" which is basically a breakfast sandwich minus thebread. Read more
I dont eat at subway anymore after they got rid of the 5.00 prices but the sandwiches are pretty good
