I mean the food is good but I?m sad because I ordered two cookies and they didn?t put them in with my food so I paid for them... but didn?t get them Editing this review bc it won?t let me leave multiple separate ones, I went back today and got everything Iordered + the last two times I?ve gone it was the same cashier and they?re really nice, I?m not sure who the cashier is but theydeserve a raise considering how rude previous workers have been. About at the beginning of August I picked up a 12 piece meal, wings, cake and lemonade. I don?t visit often but, never had a bad... experience. Unfortunately that time I did. But, the Manager Kaylee called me because I sent an email about my chicken. I hadforgotten I had even sent it. But, she reached out to me and listened to what I was concerned about. She made everything rightby offering the 12 piece and my wings for free. I have to say not only were employees the day in question were great, but, todaytheir Manager was Amazing!! Thank you so much! Absolutely disgusting taste. Old meat being served. It stinked & tasted rotten. Bought a whole bucket & had to throw away the... whole thing. Never again. I wouldn't feed my enemies such food. This place needs a food inspection. Read more
I usually get the famous bowl and have never had any issues. I got it today and it tasted off. The chicken tasted like old fryer... oil and the gravy was off too. I now have a stomachache. Called the store and they did not pick up the phone. Had to throw awaythe whole thing. Read more
The ABSOLUTELY WORST KFC out there. Once I got to the window, they said they were out of biscuits. The meal I ordered came with... 6 biscuits so they offered me another side dish. The family meal came with 3 large sides. I told them to just go ahead and giveme another large mashed potatoes, then they said it HAD to be a mac & cheese. (Customer service fail right there.) So then Isaid fine, ok another mac & cheese, and found out when I got home they only gave me the smallest container they own full of mac& cheese, (not even a Cup full). Bought $23 worth of food about an hour ago. Had to drive back after getting home and sitting down. All of my chicken littles... were covered in mold. I am discussed, when I spoke to the manager they immediately said ?was the chicken little?? As if theyalready knew this was an issue. I?m just confused how when making/packaging the mold was missed.
