This location had 3 pleasant young ladies serving a delicious hand made sub-sandwich. The slice the meat in front of you and... pile it high. On this occasion I had a roastbeef with provolone cheese on white bread. I ate it outside in the there seatingarea. Parking was a challenge due to Chick-fil-A dominating the lot with traffic. Ordered on Saturday, July 30th a box of twelve subs for a small event. It was absolutely embarrassing. The lettuce was old and... turning brown. The veggie sub only had lettuce and cheese. Someone chose the turkey and provolone and it had no meat. Maybe it'sjust the Marysville location that's poor. We never had an issue with Smokey Points. We just wanted to avoid construction sochose to try the Marysville location. Terrible. Read more
Okay overall I am really happy with this location. But when ordering on the app is most often when our orders get messed up the... most. In person the staff is great and the order is completed acutely. Asked for light oil and vinegar and all sandwiches lookedlike this. Just drenched in it. The bread was soggy when I got home. I only live 7 minutes from the store. I?m reallydisappointed because we went there 2 days ago and had the same request and they did it perfectly. Read more
I arrived at 845 from out of state after driving an hour in the rain but when I got inside it was dark and all of the grills and... food had been shut down. They said that they were closing at 9 so I had to go to Chick-fil-A where they had plenty of customers.I was very disappointed because the cheese steak sounded so good. ???? Read more
I called a few times and there was no answer so I placed an online order, when we got our food neither worker was wearing a hat... or hair net of any kind and had their masks below their noses. When we were eating I found a hair in one of our sandwiches.Didn?t feel comfortable eating the rest of it. Won?t be back to this location Read more
First of all, Jersey Mike?s has the best sandwiches hands-down, and I?m willing to pay a bit more because I feel you get what... you pay for. But, prices seem to have gone up a bit since my last visit a few months back and I no longer feel the value. Nearly$10 for The regular sized club is a bit steep and I?m OK with it but then if you want a fountain drink and a small bag of chips,that will cost you nearly 5 dollars more. I appreciate good value and like I said before I?m willing to pay for better food andservice but I can no longer afford to eat here. One last thing. After I paid for my sandwich they gave me a card for a free chipand drink on my next visit as long as I do it within 15 days. I can?t help but feel a bit of irony here. Read more
I have yet to have a Jersey Mike's Sub, simply being transparent. I appreciate what the corporation does for the community based... on their frequent television ads. Based on the "Google" reviews of THIS PARTICULAR Jersey Mike's location (YES PEOPLE DO READTHESE!) I will make a point of NOT visiting this particular location as I hope to have a better experience for my first timevisit as compared to many before me. Franchises take note, or not! Read more
