There is NOTHING fast about this fast food establishment. When you get frustrated because someone is behind you and you can't... backup to leave so you're committed to staying in line...you're in line for too long. There was 1 car ahead of me and no onebehind me. I had to wait to even place my order. I ordered a meal with no cheese (allergy) and it came with cheese. This location has to be a complete and utter JOKE?..the ?manager? on duty during the late shift should be fired immediately due... to his lack of professionalism and utter disregard for treating people with respect. I shouldn?t have to argue with managementbecause they messed up on our order and also refused to make a menu item well before closing time. To further aggravate thesituation I tried calling and was met with hostility and combativeness along with being hung up on, not once, not twice, notthree times, but four. Absolutely NO excuse for this kind of behavior, especially on Thanksgiving! We had a family emergency andour Thanksgiving was ruined so we went through a drive-thru to feed ourselves and I wish we hadn?t. Now I?m out of not only themoney I spent, but additional money he charged us for menu items we didn?t even order. Please don?t go here and give them yourbusiness, there are far better locations that won?t treat you like a second class citizen and actually give you the service youdeserve. For Gods sake, HOLD your ?manager? accountable for his terrible behavior. Update/Edit: I was able to make contact withthe actual manager today, the worker that took our order that night that claimed to be the manager, wasn?t. She had a passiveaggressive attitude and seem bothered she had to deal with my call. She didn?t want to give me her name, and there wasdefinitely a language barrier present. She gave me the phone number to a man named Victor (who I?m assuming is the franchiseowner) and I called him. He told me since we didn?t give back the food that he can?t refund my money, but he would re-make it. Iguess the fact I tried calling four times to have the order fixed/refunded eluded you? You think I trust your ?workers? to notspit and defile my food? No thank you?..he provided me with no real option to recoup my money nor did he say anything aboutholding his workers accountable for their behavior. Totally understaffed and still pumping out the reliable Jack in the box flavors. Drive thru wait times are a bit extreme at... night but your food will be hot and fresh when you get it. Read more

Super slow service at the drive through. They take orders very slowly with long(3-5min) pauses before taking the next order.... Super obnoxious and it's every time I come to this location hoping I can grab a snack really quick near home and I spend 25minwaiting for 1 sandwich and a milkshake when there's only 2 people in front of me. It'd be really nice if (I'm guessing) they had enough employees to actually serve people. I spent 15 minutes waiting in the... drive thru after work around midnight and not a SINGLE car moved. I eventually gave up and turned around and left. Read more
Everything was decent other than the amount of time it took to go through the drive through. I understand some things take time,... but it was a bit longer than it usually takes at any drive through I've been to. The staff were pleasant so It didn't seem asbad as it could have been. Read more
