Everything was excellent! The food was very delicious, the waitress, Allison, was super nice, served us in a timely manner. I... ordered Colorado omelette. This IHOP was busy! That?s fine. Told it would be 25-30 minutes to be seated. Okay. We were seated and a waitress arrived... shortly. Ordered coffee with 2 different creamers. Coffee and one creamer came. She didn?t bring the other until we hadexhausted what she brought the first time. Waited and waited for the food. By the time it arrived it was barely warm. Myscrambled eggs were starting to crust?eww! Letting prepared food sit that long is horrible. Not sure where the lack ofcommunication between kitchen and waitress has gone wrong, but there has to be a better way! Read more
I had a terrible experience. I ordered a breakfast sampler with over-easy eggs, and got scrambled instead. My girlfriend ordered... an omelet and it came to the table grey and ugly. The milkshake I ordered was melting by the time it got to our table. Thewhipped cream on our food and milkshake was warm and melting as well. My food was mostly cold. VERY disappointed with our visit yesterday. We brought our 4 kids in for an easy dinner night. There was maybe 4 tables with... people,parking was absolutely empty. We were seated right away. Was asked about drinks and they were never brought. A newwaitress came and took our drink order again (just water). Waited over 10 minutes with the waitress for our water. She brought atiny kids cup for my 12 year old which I thought was strange. This kid eats more than me. We had placed our food order which wasnot difficult, 3 funny face pancakes and the silver 5. All scrambled eggs and sausage. Husband and I ordered 4 crepes each, thena side of eggs. Hashbrown. Sausage... we waited 20 minutes for the food which was fine. Everyone had their food besides me and Iasked where my crepes were, because I never got anything. Waitress looked at me and said "Oh. I was trying to multi task anddidn't turn in your order". And went and placed my order. I didn't get my crepes for another 15 minutes. By that time, my kidsand husband were done eating, while I just started. We all had empty water cups. The waitress did not even ask or attempt togive us water. Overall, horrendous customer service. Will not be back because nothing was great about this waitress. And I findit odd she took our debit card in the room in the front of the restaurant, whenthere is a register right at the front where wehave paid for years. No business in taking our card in another room, especially over the fact there was no wait line orcommotion in the front. Why are these people asking for tips, but not even doing the bare minimum? We have been going to thisihop for 14 years, and we have never had a worse experience than what we witnessed and dealt with last night. Read more
Took our order, then took the order of the folks that entered right behind us. They obviously, presented the other order ahead... of ours because they got there food way before we got our food. Close to 40 min before. It seems they were cooking 1 order at atime. Mind you they were only working 5 tables. That was it. Read more
Where to begin we were greeted quickly sat down and we had a nice waitress named Phina. We ordered our food didn?t have to wait... very long for our food nonetheless when we got the food it was cold! I ordered a spicy beef rice bowl and when I went to take abite it was ice cold! My Avocados weren?t even sliced all the way through??? Lack of presentation seems to be what the vibe isat this IHOP. My fiancé?s over easy egg was ice cold ?? the avocado toast entree was soggy and cold. The food, in general, wascold and kind of soggy. I have had better food made at other fast food joints then this. The atmosphere in the building waspretty obvious of stress mixed with new waitresses. I did hear some kind of rude customers throughout my experience herenonetheless I was never rude at all I was very nice to my waitress Phina. I give Phina 5 stars for being super friendly andsuper sweet! The restaurant itself and the food needs more staff I believe but, with Covid I guess customer service is a thingof the past nobody really cares anymore especially in person experiences. Read more
My server was nice. All the others had mad faces and looked so stressed out. Food took forever and was cold. As I was... sitting there all I could do was stare at all the workers and feel bad for them because they all looked overworked andunderstaffed. My food was so cold I just sent it back in nad coffee. I didn't really want to wait another 40 minutes forbreakfast. Anyways I usually go to Denny's and I think I'll stick with them. Even though they have busy days as welleveryone makes you feel welcome. And it's a very relaxing environment. At least their workers are happy. Read more
