I went tonight, customer service was horrible. The employee that helped me (Young, black hair in a bun) was, rude, no eye... contact, no smile, no Thank you. She looked miserable. She acted like I and other customers were taking up her time. If shedoesn't enjoy her job or working with the public she should look elsewhere. Read more

the air conditioning was out in store. this made it impossible to sit in and I felt worse for staff. It was a humid 80-85 today... easily in afternoon and it felt that way in store. aside from that fairly large one to address at the business level, the staffwas awesome, ice cream always great. Went to Cold Stone a few days ago the ice cream was delicious, but the staff was not the most welcoming since I work in the... service industry too I know it can overwhelming at times and it can be hard so I gave 3 stars and since their ice cream was sogood I will give them another chance! I'm going to start this by saying I NEVER leave reviews about places. But I couldn't NOT write one after the experience we had... at this Cold Stone location. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Extremely terrible customer service, they shutthings down with 30 minutes until closing time and literally yelled at us as we sat in the lobby. Read on for more delightfuldetails... We walked in at 9:30pm tonight (a hot summer Friday night), and at the door was met with an employee yelling out "Weare doing scoops ONLY, no mix-ins". As we walk over to look at the ice cream, there is a girl cleaning the cold stone. It's 30minutes until closing, on a busy Friday night, and you're turning the cold stone off? The whole reason you exist as a businessis because you have an ice cold stone to mix all the toppings into your ice cream... this makes no sense. So we say ok fine,we're here, let's just grab some ice cream for our kids. The experience of just getting ice cream was terrible -- the girlbehind the counter was extremely rude and wouldn't even communicate back with me. We finally check out, and literally pay $15for two small scoops of ice cream. Not super thrilled about that, but at this point I just want to sit down, eat the ice creamand leave. We're sitting in the lobby eating and 2-3 minutes later the girl behind the desk yells over to us "THE LOBBY IS NOWCLOSED, GET OUT", and does a hand motion at her throat like she's saying "you're done, get out". It's 9:45pm. 15 minutes untilclosing. We just bought ice cream from your store, and you're going to tell us the lobby is closed before we even get a chanceto eat it? Your front door sign clearly says you close at 10pm. I really can't find any good things to stay about this store,the employees, the experience, or the ice cream. WORST COLD STONE LOCATION EVER!!! Been to different location in different states but this one right here is shockingly the worst... customer service ever. I?m still surprise the owner/manager accept these kind of people working for them specially after all thebad reviews. Went there and the ladies were all RUDE for no reason! Being busy is not an excuse to be rude to your customers,you wouldn?t even have a job without a customer! Have some manners ladies! We came to celebrate after a graduation 45 mins before closing. We were told we couldn?t have fruit toppings, cookie dough, or... cake pieces. We had a member of our group that needed to sit while we waited and we were told the lobby closes at 9:40p. Thewebsite stated 10p. Won?t be back. ???? Read more

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. All the employees here and just so rude and have zero customer service skills. Came in at... 8:20 and got told all fruit is put away for the night because they close soon? You close at 9?. They need new leadership oremployees who can at least fake a smile. I got my ice cream with ice cream smeared all down the side also I asked her to wipe itand she gave me attitude. Good ice cream but your employees are AWFUL. Read more

The staff is great, the ice cream is great. If I rated those it would be 5 stars. The way mobile orders are done is why this is... 3 stars. I ordered on their website and I didn?t change the time because habit. Most places will auto pick a time that works. SoI was happily waiting for my order to arrive only to be notified that it was cancled because the time their website pickeddoesn?t work with online orders?so I called because that?s what the instructions where. And was told I can come pick my order upor wait 3-5 business days for a refund?if I could get my order I wouldn?t have asked for delivery. Just frustrating. But that?snot the staffs fault.
