When ordering the four Royal Crispys, I wanted to confirm I was getting the right thing. The person on the mic compared them to... Popeye?s to make sure I didn?t mean BK?s original chicken sandwiches with the long buns?. Listen, y?all don?t need to do that,BK. Popeye?s is alright, but the Royal Crispys were fire! Just say ?the round buns?, you know? Ate all four across the afternoonand into the late night (I weigh 148 at 5?9?, in case anyone wants to assume I?m fat). Now, the crew seemed a bit deflated, andwhile I would take a bad attitude with an accurate order any day, over screw-ups with a smile, I wanna say to the crew of the4th Street BK, ?Y?all deserve to take pride and joy in what you do there. Possibly the slowest Burger King in the history of Burger King! Perpetually understaffed, something is always broken (ordering... speaker, ice machine, etc), food is sloppily prepared, and service is just plain slow, slow, slow. Tonight wasn't as bad assome, but I have spent over 45 minutes stuck in the drive-thru here on more than one unfortunate occasion, even outside of rushhours and after ordering ahead. Food quality is marginally better than the nearby location on Broadway in north Everett, butthat's not saying much since both are very hit and miss and I've gotten messed up orders and things like old, stale fries morethan once. Employees are not customer service focused and neither are the managers. Lobby almost always closed. Just a lot ofroom for improvement with this one! Read more
Guy at drive through was visibly annoyed that we asked for a drink holder for four drinks. He handed us the bags of food and we... asked if all was in there because it seemed light, he said yes....NOPE! Got home and they shorted us two items. The fries werecold and tasted like they had been sitting out for an hour and the impossible burgers were toom temp. Not happy considering wespent $43 tonight. Been on the fence whether I wanted to try the Impossible Whopper and the first time I decide to try it, itwas so disappointing. Will not be back any time soon. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for food this place is terrible! The last few times I've gone there I ordered a double... cheese burger and only received 1 slice of cheese on it. How are you going to skimp on the cheese!?! It's called a Double CheeseBurger..The fries were half full and the mozz sticks were cold and to make it worse, they forgot the marinara sauce. I know youcan do better. (edit: I went there again, probably cause I like pain. Anyway, they forgot my fries and the cheeseburgers didn'teven have cheese this time.) Rolled in Saturday afternoon for lunch and discovered that because of a wind storm the day before they were operating like an... espresso stand - roll up to the window, place your order, pay cash, get food - with a really classy "Tips are greatlyappreciated" sign taped to the window.
