I don't what's going on with the late afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts, but in the what 6 or 7 + years that this stand... has been never has the service been this bad. Tonight for instance I had 1 car in front of me in line at the window. I sat therefor 20-25 minutes while the barista and person in held a full fledged conversation. Then made her 4 drinks. I get to the windowand get my simple 20 ounce mocha. In and out in less than 5 minutes, but as per usual the last few trips there it was made wrongagain. Mind you that I have absolutely no issues with the morning, late morning, and early afternoon shifts. Drinks are alwaysalmost absolutely perfect at those times. Been going here for YEARS. The girls here are AMAZING, AWESOME,KIND, COURTEOUS AND QUICK!!! BUT...... Management has decided to... raise the prices MASSIVELY!!!!! My coffee this morning went from it's usual $6.35 to $9.73. This is a 50% INCREASE!!! This isWAY BEYOND TODAY'S CRAZY INFLATION!!!!! The other stands aren't doing this to this extreme!! I just want to start by saying when I go to this Bigfoot Java it's usually during the day and the day shift people are amazing.... I am only giving it 2 stars because of the experience we had with the over night shift people, it was roughly 1am and we weremaking a long drive so we stopped we asked for one dirty chi hot and a blended blue rasberry red bull drink with ice cream, forthose who don't know the ice cream base is a powder, when we got our drinks the redbull did not have the ice cream base so myhusband asked for I to be added the young girl who was there got an attitude and threw the drink back into the blender andproceeded to try to argue that the ice cream base is just cream and against what we wanted put cream in it, when I recived mychi team it was iced and didn't taste like chi tea but rather coffee with a lot of Splenda, the girl continued to be rude andgave us the drinks that were not what we asked, this is by far one of the worst Bigfoot experiences I've ever had!!! Great 24hr Coffee Stand. A little out of my way, so I am not by any means a regular, but Bigfoot always comes through when it's... a late night and I am crazing a smoothie. I love getting their Mango Smoothie since every other place closes so early. It's aperfect 9pm/10pm treat instead of Ice Cream. The staff has always been friendly and quick service. Read more
This is our favorite place to come and get Italian sodas or coffees in Marysville, Bigfoot has fantastic service and such... wonderful variety on the menu! We?ve tried lots of beverages from here and always been satisfied with the quality of our drinks.This location is right by the highway and a lot of the great local shopping. Right behind a gas station and conveniently located just beside the highway, this store is really at a very good spot. I went... there on the way back from the outlet mall. The staff was very friendly. Overall a good experience. Read more
