Drive thru guy was way too baked or retarded to be taking orders. French dip with no au jus, chicken strips that may have come... out of last weeks garbage, and all of the fries cold and nasty. Expect a little better quality when the meal is pushin $70. Read more

I watched the crew stand around and purposely not help customers. Another crew member stepped up and tried to hide their... annoyance with their crewmates. I have enjoyed this location in the past. They do have a sign posted noting they are shortstaffed. I only give a bad review because this has happened multiple times. I suggest this is a good location for a kioskordering system. Only doing 4/5 stars because they do not update their hours online... ever. Website says midnight on Fri/Sat but, I'm sure due... to staffing issues, we're not open when I came at 9:50 pm. Food is good and consistent, staff has always been friendly andefficient. Every order we have had from this Arby's whether through drive up or delivery is missing something or incorrect. We frequently... also have our orders canceled on the delivery apps about an hour after placing them. Today the doordash driver sent me a photoof a sign posted on the pickup window speaker that said "Only 2 of us working. Please be patient. Sorry." If the store is notstaffed enough to fulfill orders, the apps should not allow the stores to show as Open for accepting them. Seems prettysimple. I feel for the manager. I understand from previous restaurant work that staffing issues happen, but this is such arecurrent issue that this place needs a complete overhaul to stay afloat. Read more
