The person Angie, working today at 2 pm cussed my 13 and 15 year olds out and told them to get out of the store. She said they... were trying to steal an alcoholic drink. A buzz bomb that looks like a children?s drink. They didn?t know what it was and turnedit around to look. It was on an end display. Not with other alcoholic drinks. I asked to see the footage and she said she can?tdo that. That the manager was the one to do that but refused to call the manager. She also accused my kids of trying this beforeand I said they?ve NEVER been in there by themselves before. I will never go back there or let my kids go back there ever again.She looks like she was high on something. She couldn?t stand still or talk to us without cussing us out. Owners are great. A couple of employees are constantly and loudly complaining about things to customers. Just find this tacky... and unprofessional. I have been trying to catch the owner to let them know because it is a big turn off. I have alreadyconsidered shopping elsewhere due to this. Read more
This store has the most moronic management and employees. 3rd times a charm right? Well this is the 3rd time I've placed a Door... Dash order for some beer and snacks- 3rd time they've canceled the beer. They went above and beyond with their moronic behaviorthis time and said they canceled the beer and never did: confirmed by my app, the drivers and support. 7-11 offered no validsubstitution and argued the whole time. You'd be best off leaving Marysville. Having lived here 40 years, I don't even know yourstore is there and will definitely forget it's there now, supporting the ones that have been here for decades. As far 7-11's go this is a good one to go to. I have never seen them run out of Coca-Cola Slurpees. Which I'd the main reason I... go to 7-11. Staff are are friendly and cheerful to the customers. It does not sound like they are friendly to whom ever they aretalking to on the phone though. I swear the clerk is always talking on the phone. They never miss a beat when they are checkingyou out though. The store is clean and smells good. There is no public restroom. They do have a good selection of beverages andsnacks. Not a lot of healthy ones but do have some. An the beat thing is that they are open 24 hours a day. Read more
