Good food and fast service, but the fries were not hot ????
We ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese, one order jalapeño poppers and large fries. We paid and did not get a receipt. The young... man at the window told us that was hot because he just took the jalapeño poppers out of the fryer. We got back to our motelroom. The fries were not a large, the hamburgers were cold, the jalapeño poppers were chicken nuggets!!! The order was placedat about 8:30 PM. No waiting. Explain how an employee cannot tell the difference between chicken nuggets and jalapeño poppers.And why was burger and fries cold and fries were a small size. We literally were a block away so it wasn?t like the food wassitting out for a long time. Read more
Sigh...why is it so hard to get FRESH food? Burgers were cold and fries were stale. I took 2 bites and felt like I was eating 2... day old food. Blech!! It'll be a while before I go back there. Read more

Finally went to Burger King?s new and improved building. I was the only car in the drive thru and the worker taking my order was... very rude and acted like it was a hassle to take my order. Which is sad because that location has always been super friendly. Iordered two kids cheeseburger meals?The worker ?Ugh! You want two cheeseburgers??. The worker then selected what I wanted tocome with the meals. I asked for chocolate milk for both and was told ?Don?t have it?, so I asked if one could be a fountaindrink, ?don?t do that?.why have those options listed if you only have one thing to choice. Another question: Why are toys listedif it doesn't come with the meal? When I went to pull around to the window and drove slow since I didn?t know which one. Theworker pops out of the window: ?come on already, second window?. Waited at least 10 minutes to get my food (I was the only car)just for it to be cold. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Read more
Slow service and cold food each time I've been there. If you're in Marysville and you want Burger King, go to the location on... Route 31 on the north side of town. Much better service and food there. Read more
