BOY! If any place deserves 5 stars it is this place. I would give it 6 if I could. This has been my favorite restaurant ever... since it has opened and I have never been disappointed by the food. The atmosphere here is absolutely amazing, and the foodhere actually looks like how it is advertised. If you had a bad time here, it must have been a fluke, have you seen the cheesecurds!!?! I beg you to please stop making me wait so long here. I enjoy the food from here. The service is problematic we waited over 20... mins with only 1 other inpatient entrepreneur. This is a regular occurrence. Read more
They actually served me cold stale Fries, 759 pm on Saturday Night. There was no one in line, was hoping to do a Disney movie... with my little one and get home get here pjs on and have a burger for me and she just wanted fries. Disgusting. $7 for a smallcheeseburger and trashed Fries. Read more
Where's the beef there was so much lettuce on my wife's hamburger she couldn't find the wafer thin hamburger then this orange... thing which I assume was a tomato and there was also a hint of green someone should inform a&w that FRESH tomatoes are inseason in Michigan. I did notice a lack of customers in the store and the drive-thru after our experience I can see why. If yourgoing to charge top dollar then buy god make your product as good as we would expect for what your charging. $20.12 for asubstandard dining experience. Get me once but never again. Read more
We ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburger meals with chese curds and fries they shoved everything in 1 bag smashing the... cheeseburgers and forgot my fries. Not to mention waiting in line for 20 minutes. Very poor customer service. On 8/6/2022. Read more
Who doesn't love root beer. Tried the root beer freeze. Was just a good as the float and onion rings are the best.
The 2 stars are for the nice staff and them only. Food was okay... patties are super thin for the price. Its sad McDonalds can... beat this place. Read more
