Before the virus I would have rated this place of one and said never go here tonight here it's always wrong it's never right.... However it has improved since the virus. I do recommend checking your food prior to leaving the drive-through and when I meanchecking your food I mean if you ordered a Taco open it and make sure you don't have a little bit of meat with your lettuce youknow I'm just be sure you have what you ordered and it's in the way that you want it and things should be fine. The new staffseems to be very friendly however it is a fast food restaurant and they overturned staff quickly. Read more

I placed an order for in-lobby pick up. I went in at 7:45pm to get order, time it was ordered for and it was marked as ready.... They refused to give it to me and said lobby was closed. There was a sign on door saying closed. Facing INWARD, not outward. Iwaited exactly 30 min in a line of cars only for them to refuse to remake my now cold food from 30 min beforehand. It wasn?teven a large order. Simply asking to remake the food was not a large request. I even asked that at the drive thru menu board.They told me to pull forward and THEN refused at the window. Stating there?s nothing wrong with it. Food that was ready 30minutes ago and they wouldn?t simply hand me at that time, inside.
