No Star ( put one in so I could post.) Called in an order 8pm to order a pizza & salad for pick-up, but they had the salad items... put away. How weak is that? For me, weak enough too not even put in an order. My money spends well enough at Round Table. Read more
Went to pick up my order and the older lady with blondish/gray hair was so mean! Never have I experienced so much attitude from... a worker, I didn't even do anything wrong. I was polite so I'm just very confused as to why I was treated like that. I noticedshe was being mean to the staff as well. Read more
1 1/2 hours to get cold pizza. We called and they wouldn't reimburse us other than one free pizza with no delivery. When we paid... $75 for our family dinner (15% tip, we do not blame driver at all) They send drivers out with to many deliveries the lastdelivery spots gets cold food. What they should do is explain that deliveries are running late and will take a little longer,but at least my food will be edible. Read more
Update: my picture was somehow gone so I added it back. Go to Pizza Guy's everyone, they have cup and crisp too. Worst pizza... experience ever...I was told 25 minutes and then I walked inside and was told, "Thats what they always say, but it'll be like 40minutes or so". I ended up waiting 50 minutes for one large pizza! How does Costco make bigger pizzas in 20 minutes? They don'tspecialize in pizza. If they would've said 50 minutes I would've taken myself somewhere else. And then when the pizza's finallydone it's cold. How is a fresh pizza cold? But wait, there's more...I ordered a Pikes Peak and asked to add pineapple on oneside and they ended up just giving me pineapple with zero meat on that side. If they were confused why didn't they ask? Iclarified I wanted the normal pizza plus pineapple to avoid confusion. And on the side with meat, they acted like I said "lightmeat". They could offer another pizza for free and I wouldn't even take it. Not like the employees were rude...just lazy. Dobetter because I don't pay $30 for cold, slow, and wrong. OMG it was so Awesome compared to the last time we came! They did an Awesome makeover. The food came out in a timely manner.... Everything was fresh and the salad bar was beautiful! Our takeout has been exceptional! Fantastic customer service every time wego in there. Read more
Attended a kid's birthday party here. Pizzas took over an hour to make it to the table. Pizza was ok, not terrible, not great.... Soda machine was out of co², so instead of unlimited refills, the party got 2 two liter bottles without cups. Cashier was niceenough, though through no fault of her own, they seemed short staffed.
