I was really hoping to enjoy this experience... It was so so so very dirty, the windows, the walls, the tables, the chairs, the... bathrooms... etc etc etc... We walked in, floors were dirty... it was lunch time so wasn't when it first opened so figured theymust have had s rush... went to a table... it was dirty... went to the next and the seats had syrup on them... went to the 3rdwhich was the most acceptable of the ones we went to. The walls around the booth were splattered with yuck. There was stuffunder the table... went to the bathroom and it was horrible. The staff were nice and friendly but clearly run down and nothappy about being there. Food was... okay at best. I've gone by this waffle house since it was built saying I wanted to gothere... but unfortunately I will not return nor can I recommend others to go there. ???? No food pictures on this review... itwasn't worth taking pictures... I should have took pictures of how bad it was... I wasn't going to write a review but Google hasasked me to write one multiple times since visiting a couple weeks ago. Read more
They don?t change their gloves. They then sit with their gloves inside their apron, get an order and go on about making the... food without changing their gloves. Would not recommend. I unfortunately had to leave one star when that wasn?t even one starworth it. More worried about their phones than actual customer service or food safety! ?Smile for the camera Charles?. Store#1423. Yummy experience as always. Typically I like to visit in the wee hours of the morning but decided to stop in during the day for... some eats. Menus were sticky from the previous guests but what else could be expected. Lol. Left full and satisfied and ofcourse I will return. Read more
Came for the first time for breakfast. I was surprised by how good it was. My daughter got the chocolate chip pancakes and I got... a bacon egg and cheese hash brown bowl with biscuits and gravy. The waffle was fluffy and crispy at the same time, one of thebest I?ve had. The hash browns were crunchy, eggs fluffy, the biscuits were bomb, and the gravy was scrumptious. Since I live in the Southwest now I jump at every chance I get to hit up a Waffle House.....The morning staff was just about to... get off of shift after we arrived but they still provided outstanding service. The food was great, the service was great and thebuilding was clean. Couldn't ask for anything more.....well maybe a free meal (hahaha) Great job! Read more
Great staff tonight. I was the only one in the building, the cook and server were both nice. I enjoyed the conversation and just... asked how things have been. Both said it?s been very slow. I ordered the All-Star, added Jalapeños and gravely to my hashbrowns, the cook nailed it on the amount of jalapeños in the mix. The Golden Malt waffle was spot on as well as the bacon andover east eggs. I tipped them both as I was there for 20-30 mins and no other customers were coming in. I saw they both tookpride in their work as both were continually cleaning and preparing items for the next shift. I will be going back again, gladto to see hard workers and pride with both of them.
