Food is good but customer service is horrible. And I get there an 1/2 before closing and the door are lock. 9/24. Just came back... on 10/24 and the same rude girl is working. We will not be coming back. She had an attitude over a hot and cold sub had to bemade. Read more
Very poor service. Previous owner had their act together. Previous employees were much more customer service oriented as well.

Walked in a 11:10 on 8/31... was told it would take 20 minutes for the grill to heat up to be able to cook my food. Unprepared... business and you should be ready to go by 11AM your open time. Get it together Read more
We had never ate there before. My daughter ordered over her phone and asked what I wanted on it from a list. When she said extra... meat I said no. When I got my cheesesteak you couldn't get more meat on it if you tried. Best samich I've eaten from subway toJimmy John's to firehouse. Read more
Employee: "raging" <--that's what it says on the receipt The person that took my order, "raging"?, seemed to either have a... speech impediment, or perhaps is special needs, so I did not press but he had a hard time getting my (very simple) order correctbecause my kids ordered their own sandwiches. He input and we got the wrong size subs even after my kids clearly told him whatsize they wanted, and kept asking whether we needed any "special ingredients" added to the subs (I had to ask him to repeat thisbecause it was incomprehensible at first)... when I think of special ingredients, I think of extra items not normally added tothe advertised food, I did not realize "special" meant whether we wanted ANYTHING other than just the meat, cheese, and bread,which in itself was lacking btw. But the worst part was him pacing around with his underwear clearly visible from his loweredpants, that was a completely unpleasant and unprofessional sight in a restaurant, from the people that are touching your food...
