Food always fresh. Workers not the nicest but not rude either. Usually get food pretty quickly in drive through.
Chowing down on the hangover meal, halfway thru the second slider when i see there is PINK on my egg white? I've looked it up... and pink indicates spoilage. No one answers the phone. I love Krystal but this blows. Hope I'm not sick Read more

KRYSTAL'S Mary Esther Blvd (I see some weird letters there NOT the real name so I am meaning KRYSTAL'S) This place has been... here for years!!!! I moved here in 1995. I am almost certain it's been here almost as long. I didn't try it until around 2000 orso. I was in disbelief that I could get such a delicious breakfast at such a reasonable price! Grits eggs sausage toast andorange juice, my favorites. Then? They started the bowls where you can have everything in a bowl together! It used to be theygave really good coupons, that's the only downside that all of a sudden the non-expiration coupons have not been usable. Thebreakfast staff is especially wonderful and greet me with a smile and a cheerful attitude every time I've ever gone over theyears. I thank them for being at work at such an early time to make everyone's day and start exceptionally well. I think thegreatest thing and beauty of it all is that they remember you and make you feel valued.. You can't get that at other placesaround here or especially out of town. Read more

Thought I would try the new BBQ deal. First, they tried to charge me $1.39 more than the order board showed. When I said I... would just take 2 Krystals, they gave the deal to me for the price on the board. I asked for unsweetened tea as my drink. WhenI get home , I discovered my BBQ did not have any of the toppings that came with the deal and my tea was sweet. I guess Ishould have just gotten the 2 Krystals! Read more
Recently back in town and stumbled across Krystals serving breakfast now.. plus all the other drive-thru?s can?t keep up.. but... I?ve came here again after not eating this for several years.. and I was extremely impressed.. at this day and age all I careabout is quality and customer service.. annnd let me tell you that they?re nailing both here right now.. so shout out to thecurrent team serving everyone.. and if you haven?t tried Krysyals breakfast yet, I suggest you do and it?s a must!! Horrible customer service. Took forever for someone to acknowledge me in drive-thru. They don't even know what's on the menu.... Great place if you're wasting time and don't really want something to eat. Read more
