Called with a to go order. The hostess (Debbie) took my order over the phone and was very precise and made sure before I hung up... that everything was correct. Debbie gave me a time and she was right on the money! When I got there she had made sure everythingwas together and ready. She even made sure my son had ketchup for his fries!! Some of our table received food after about 30 minutes while 3 of us waited an hour and half. I understand staffing is a huge... issue everywhere. Not fair to the staff that was there so I left a 25% tip. Fault goes to those unwilling to get off their a$$and be a productive part of the community. October 3rd, came in for lunch and had the best lunch experience. Hands down 10/10, my waitress handled everything with a sense... of urgency. Tending to the elderly crowd but not too loud, running around, carrying plates, she kept my tables cups full andcontinued to tend to us as well as others in the restaurant. The food was great and fresh, textbook cooking and the atmospherewas soothing. Music and television on and keeping the crowd entertained while waiting for lunch. Update: service just keeps getting worse and worse! I understand places are shorthanded but this place seems to be the worst.... Servers seem to have no clue what to do or what's on the menu. The only reason this location is open is probably because we onlyhave a few options. I hate to be this critical but something needs to change. I'm scared to try other locations just because ofthis one! Been here many times. I like the food but honestly it's hit or miss. One day it's exceptional like the burger in myphoto. Other days they overcook food and forget items. Today I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and specifically added cheddarcheese, an option they had to add to the order, and guess what, NO Cheese. Very empty restaurant at prime time for dinner . Took my child for his birthday to this restaurant . Waiter and the bartender... were nice . The waitress upon seating us told us what they did have and didn?t on the menu ? that they never had the items anddidn?t have a clue why they were on the menu . She proceeded to say was was decent and what was nasty . I asked how the ribeyesteak was . She responded that it depends who?s cooking it .. so we decided to mix it up with everything and give it a try .Chicken wings tasted like they?ve been sitting in a fridge for a long time . Weird rotten taste . The burgers were burnt andbuns were hard . The bbq nachos were card board chips with old meat and nasty cheddar cheese . The steak with the mashedpotatoes were down right un edible . The mashed potatoes had more butter than potato. The butter tasted like some spray butter .The steak was seasoned poorly and was just a slab of fat . The corn was obviously thawed out and re frozen .
