They really need to fix the drive through. Why do they keep people waiting at the speaker until everyone in front of them are... gone. Then they will take your order. It?s not just a random thing either. It?s every time I?ve been there. Not to mention therefries still can?t stay fresh for long. Read more
My husband and I usually eat here every week. They usually have really great customer service until Wednesday October 12, 2022.... we ordered out usual a double w/cheese mayo only and 2 Big Bacon Classic w/ cheese. This is what we actually received, a doublew/ cheese and everything and 2 Big Bacon Classics w/ what seemed liked bbq sauce and dried onions ( EWWW!!). My husband wentinside to get our correct order but the lady he talked to argued w/ him and told him that is what we ordered!!! What happened tothe customer is always right??? Apparently it disappeared at Wendy's in Martinsville!!! Read more
Great food as always. I feel it is my duty to travel all over the State introducing people to the Frosty Fry (see picture).
Happy to be able to use 2 coupons. Baconator fries, meh Burnt bacon, waited in line while the cashier talked w her friend at the... window 8-2022 went inside to eat, every table was dirty, stuff all over the floor, 5 employees total working. 2 chatted witheachother while I stood at the counter wanting to order. 1 employee had her fingers in her mouth then put an order together fordrive-thru. Absolutely no condiments or toppings. $50 meal on Grubhub for 2 plain a$$ hamburgers. Both my husband and I?s sandwich is like... this. SMH. And of course you can?t leave a review on grubhub so google it is. Read more
Worst flavored Baconator burger I've ever bought. Smallest $8 burger I've ever purchased. I don't see how they get repeat... customers. Not much of a choice of burgers either. Very disappointed. Read more
