Worst location I've ever been to. Very small always packed . Always under staffed. Never has had typical Casey food items... available. Pretty dirty aswell I drive a truck. So I go to different Casey locations all the time. Have given this location 3opportunities. I've been disappointed ever time and left without anything. Just close this location already. Went to the Martinsville store this morning for some breakfast. The girl (Toni) was very nice and professional. She special... made my biscuits and gravy while I waited. I was waiting for the food and a male worker (Grant)entered the kitchen area to cut apizza and was putting the pan on top of the oven, it fell to the floor. He picked it up and put it back on top of the ovenwithout washing it off first. He grabbed a breakfast burrito and left the kitchen to resume his post at the register and atehis food while ringing up customers. Where was the manager (Amber)??? We just stopped in here 7/23/2021 at 12:50pm. The 3 women working were obnoxiously gossiping and cursing loudly as I shopped and... did not stop talking to eachother the whole time they checked me out. There was also a cup left at the ice machine. I moved itthinking that someone had just changed there mind about wanting a drink and got myself some ice and a pop. I brought the drinksto the register and the oldest lady working walked up behind me and loudly proclaimed "don't ppl see that the ice maker isn'tfull!" This location never has pizza out. The pizza warmer is always empty. I get everyone is short staffed right now but when there... is 3 employee s standing around talking I am sure they could be making pizza. Read more
Ice machine did not work, The women's bathroom door was off the hinges, the men's bathroom had no toilet paper, was a disgusting... mess, the store was unkempt, & the employees could care less if anyone was taken care of properly. Definitely needs to beaddressed. Read more
Casey's has absolutely the best pizza in the entire world well at least in my opinion I could eat it literally seven days a week... This store has a weird and not welcoming vibe to it. The man who was working the register was unwelcoming and didn't seem like... he wanted to be there at all. He also made it seem like we were a annoyance to him. The one good thing was the pizza which waspretty good for gas station food.
