I don?t know how many reviews I have to do, to get better service!! This location needs to closed down for good!! They are... always out of something and to make matters worse, they gave my husband our smoothies with no tops on them and he spilled thedrink all over his shorts and the employee didn?t have the common courtesy to even apologize about not notifying him that theyran out of tops..Everyone who works there look like they have been or are on drugs?I can?t believe how this place is going downhill so fast?I would rather ride 20mins to winchester just to get better customer service!!! Not only are the shakes so watered down (ordered a dragonfruit shake that tasted like banana water) but the manager is... completely unprofessional. Changes staffs shifts/hours days before with no regard to scheduled plans. I have never had worse customer service! Completely blew my mind the lack of service. I ordered 2 smoothies and 2 salads. One... person brought the smoothies and then disappeared into back, another person brought my salads a few min later in a bag, put upon the counter and hurriedly left into the back. It felt like the place was closed. My daughter and I sat to eat and realize wewere only given 1 fork. I went and stood at the register and there was no one to be seen. I stood there saying hello and no one.Finally I see someone only to have them put a finger up and turn towards the back! The guy who took my order finally comes outand then does apologize, acts confused that I?m asking for a fork. Later on the same guy come out moving chairs putting them upas if they are closing this is 6pm on a Saturday. I enjoy this place, if not for it being a bit pricey compared to the surrounding restaurants. But today our food was... unacceptable. Our shakes seemed watered down, and the portion of the salad did not equal the price paid. I hope the picturerepresents just how small portion size was for this $8 salad! Went here for a chicken pesto paid close to 6 bucks for 1 piece of chicken 1 slice of tomato just cut in half and a pool of... sauce. Not really sure if that's how its supposed to be but when I pay 6 bucks for something like that it best have at least 3to 4 pieces of chicken. Cant believe I waited 30 minutes for this! Read more
