Listen to the comments about the manager, especially if you are referring to the blond/white haired one with piercings all over... her face. Probally the rudest person I have met in my life. Disrespectful, aggressive, incompetent...just a bad person! Itruly feel sorry for any customer that has to deal with her and anyone that has to personally deal with her. She yelled at meand my husband because he wanted his Chalupa remade because they made it incorrectly. She refused and refused to return ourmoney and threated to call the police twice. We allowed her to so we could make a complaint. I'm going to blast her all oversocial media so something can change. She will cause this establishment to lose money. Read more

Ordered 3 Mexican pizza meals and got home and 2 of them looked like this. Who ever packed the food put the pizza's vertically.... Called the store and the manager could care less. A sorry would have been nice. The lack of empathy and rude customer service iswhy I gave it a 1 star. Read more
This store is the worst store I've ever been to. I can't understand why this store is so fricken incompetent as to get my... orders wrong more the 90% of the time. I tried calling the manager and her excuse was that they were busy and hung up on me. Itried calling her back and she said, "call again and I will call the cops. " The customer service at this store is unacceptable. I don't want excuses. I want resolve. Fix this fricken store!!! Every time I want to order from this store I question whetherthey will get it right. Nine times out of ten, they don't! I'm sick and tired of it. I did a drive through order today, got all the way home, sat down to eat... and there were NO toppings. I mean mistakes happen... but how do you forget ALL the toppings!?!?!?! I wish I had time to take it back... seems deliberate because I don't know howthis can happen otherwise. Read more
CHECK YOUR ORDER! Every single time we visit here, they "forget" something in our order. Service is terrible and extremely slow.... Save your time, buy some meat, shells, cheese, etc and make it yourself! Waited 15 minutes for 4 cheesey roll-ups. What's upwith this place? Read more
