We went through the drive threw & ordered 3 beef tacos & the lady who waited on us asked if we wanted sauce & we told her yes ,... mild. We go down the street & found shade. My girlfriend opened up the bag & of course since we went threw the drive threw therewas no sauce & the meat was so oily it ran all over Lisa's shirt. It must of been the last bit or they just scraped the bottom where the oil stays. The last time we went to that store Lisa ordered a taco salad. It had no meat just bean past with lettuce.This place has been gotten so bad I wouldn't order anything for my dog. They went so down hill it ridiculous . Never again. Was kinda disappointed because they barely had any ground beef on it I got a box come with burrito was supposed to be not spicy... but the front of it was fine in the middle of it was spicy I told the lady at the drive thru about I can't have anything spicyso she told the person making it The taco was fine I also got a taco loco one I think it was pretty good I didn't go back forthem to make the burrito because I would be wasting gas I have been there before didn't have any problems I'm not complainingabout this I'm giving a review I have made my own tacos at home and burritos for now on I'll just stick with it not go back here Read more
Was told I cannot order a chicken quesarito due to shortages, but CAN order the same item through the mobile app without issues.... I was also told that I could order one in the drive thru as a beef quesarito + chicken for an upcharge that would cost morethan the original chicken quesarito. Really? This stays 1 Star until I can drive up and order the same thing I have for years. Filled my drink with so much ice last night I got 2 sips from a medium. My chalupa had so much sour cream I almost threw up.... Dorito locos was already broken when I got it. The burrito was okay. Wouldn't recommend to eat here. Read more
Ordered extra beef on a 5 layer and they served a regular amount and ordered a cantina chicken taco and the chicken on it was... super tiny. A huge reason why i usually just cook but tonight I was running late. Fast food chains need to do better especiallywhen they increase prices. Read more
Disappointed that both locations in town haven't had Mexican pizzas basically since they came back out. Other than being... disappointed from the start, and then also not carrying my second choice option anymore (but not updating the menu), the foodwas up to par. Service was great, which is rare around here, so props for that. Read more
My wife actually went to pick up an online order this evening she made with them. Just FYI, it was the best service she's ever... received from there. They were so kind and nice through the speaker box...got to the window and was greeted by the nicest womanever! The food smelled so good and was so fresh. ???? top notch the best we've had from any taco bell. We greatly appreciate thekindness from the crew. We appreciate you ???????? ?? This used to be my favorite TB...but today was pretty bad. Maybe I'm just old school but seeing girls with long hair hanging in... their face over the food kinda ruined it. And others looking not particularly well groomed. Plus the whole place felt a bitchaotic today. The lady who seemed to maybe be a manager was very kind and tried to fix our order but having to go inside andsee the kitchen at work ruined it for me. Drive thru keeps the mystery alive. Read more
