Edit: I went back this morning to give them another chance. I had a quick, pleasant experience. My food is delicious. Overall,... this is about to be my go to Panera. I still end up disappointed when I stop at most of them, but this one has earned mybusiness. Unless it?s busy. Then I will do us all a favor and go home and stop spending money lol ???? The young ladies at the front counter were pleasantly friendly and so helpful. They helped me find foods that were safe for me... to eat (food allergy). When the soup I chose was not available, Carolyn kindly came to find me and ask if she could help me findsomething else. The lady in the kitchen was friendly and accommodating and so calm. Overpriced food, we gave our order and were asked if we wanted the "pick 2" (or something to that effect) and were told that... nothing that we ordered was eligible for the offer. Food was highly mediocre. One note that this is about Panera Bread ingeneral as opposed to a criticism of this particular location. Read more
Staff was very nice, the place was relatively clean and service was ok, but our food was not up to normal Panera standards. My... chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich had very little chicken in it. It was basically all bread and a little bit avocado. Mycream of chicken and wild rice soup didn?t have much chicken either and was not creamy. My wife?s salad was mostly salad, maybe1-2 ounces of chicken. Still grateful for the fast on/off freeway access & for the nice local staff. Read more
This location has managed to mess up my order the last 10 out of 10 times. From missing the avocado in a ?turkey bacon avocado?... sandwich to once even missing the Turkey. On top of that, the BLUEBERRY and peach smoothie ends up looking like the picturebelow every time. It?s a bit low on the blueberry, high on the peach, and has fairly large chunks of ice. I have not had thismade right in over a year. Ive been here many times. The sad part here is that I am not exaggerating, nor am I beinguncharitable. I love the roasted turkey avocado BLT. It?s awesome. But for some reason, this location has been hell bent onmaking me hate Panera. If the smoothie was not $6 a pop, it may not be that big of a deal, but I?m paying premium prices forscam level food more than half of the time and it?s really frustrating. I generally love Panera but this time I was saddened by my two 10 dollar salads (with tax). I'm not sure if this is a reject... Cesar salad that was attempting to be a Fuji apple salad but the goal was not met. But the store deserves 3 stars because thebathroom was clean! You win some, you lose some. Highly recommend visiting a different location for your salad needs. Read more
Food is always wrong I would bet 4 out of 5 times something is left out or made wrong in every order.. last one was suppose to... be a blueberry muffin called to advise them it was plain I was told to take a bite of it first. Then I said I'm not stupid butit's plain not one berry and no crumble. Response was darn it those aren't suppose to be out.. you can come grab another one. Like our time and gas doesn't matter how about a sorry for the inconvenience and my attitude.. breakfast sandwiches are a hitand a miss every time we order from here a few times a week spending from 20 to 25 each time if husband didn't love theireverything bagel or if a mom and pop place opened I would never go here again.. Worst Panera ever! We sat in their drive thru for 35 mins with 2 cars in front of us and then when we order they inform us ?they... don?t put cream cheese on bagels? which is very odd but that?s fine. The part I don?t get is we don?t have knives in the car tocut them in half or a toaster to toast them with in our vehicle. They handed us out 1 small container of cream cheese for 2untoasted and uncut bagels. We had to drive all the way back home to eat almost $10 worth of food we prepared ourself. Read more
