One of our favorite places to get a quick and affordable pizza that the kids love. One of the cleanest and well-kept Caesars in... the area too. Not much of a waiting area, so I highly recommend ordering with the app and grabbing your order via the pizzaportal. My only constructive criticism is for them to work more on consistency...primarily the pizza dough thickness when it'srolled out and the cook time. Took almost an hour to cook two pizzas because they were trying to fix everyone's food at the same time instead of doing the... orders in order and the guy behind the counter acted like he was lost in space then when I finally got my order which wassupposed to be the extra most bestest it was regular you can still see the sauce and everything I'm no Karen but when you orderextra you should get extra they make you pay extra never going to this place again when I actually showed the guy he basicallyblew me off and that was that and it wasn't just me everyone is in the lobby complaining one lady didn't get her crazy breadbecause he said they were out but yet they took her order and money for it not to mention there's about 20 other people standingaround in the lobby and outside the doors waiting for their food that's probably going to come out wrong Read more

We ordered on the app. It informed us that the order was done. My husband went in to pick it up. It wasn?t in the case. They... said it wasn?t ready yet but they had to clear it out of their system because their system was timed. My husband stayed andwaited for the order to be completed. When he brought the pizzas home, one was doughy. I called. They informed me that I wouldhave to bring the pizza back in for them to see. I did. They then told me that it would be 30 minutes until they could make me anew one since they had other customers. I told them I just wanted a refund then and they refused to give me one. I told themthat I was not willing to wait 30 minutes until they started making my pizza. They said I could wait 15 minutes and talk to themanager personally about it then but she was the one giving the orders. (They had been running to the back between every replyto answer the way she wanted). I asked for corporates number. They said there wasn?t one because they?re a franchise. I askedfor the general managers number and was told no, they would not be giving me anyones contact information. I said I wanted totake pictures of the pizza and that my husband would be back in for the remake. They tried to tell me that I wasn?t allowed totake pictures of the pizza so I brought it outside and took the pictures. I brought it back in and told them that my husbandwould be there in 30 minutes for the remake. When my husband got there 30 minutes later he walked in to them talking about it,even though the woman at the counter was telling them that he was there. They told him that I had told them not to remake thepizza, had threatened them, and had screamed in the managers face (even though I never talked to the manager personally). I usually have good experience here. However when I ordered from there Friday on the app, my order was not ready on time. One... lady asked my name to check on my order, but, she never got back with me and I was given no explanation as to why I had to waitover 15 minutes passed my order time, and no one apologized for my wait.
