As soon as I started here, no one took the time to train me, or show me anything. They made me watch videos on my phone? only 2... or 3 and expected me to know what I?m doing. They were extremely rude. Called me slow?. Blamed me for drinks being wrong, whenthe other employees were putting cold stickers on hot drinks?. I told them I was pregnant, they were bumping into me the wholetime? I never worked fast food, and I made that clear, because of how I was treated as an employee?. I will never be a customer.Plus I didn?t see one person wash their hands?.. they were handling cups with no gloves. Read more

I wish I could speak with the owner. I was here to pickup an order. I walked up to the counter where 2 , what I found out later,... "managers were standing behind the counter. I was directed to the other end of the counter where I was told I would be assisted.I stood there for at least 5 minutes and was not even acknowledged. I walked back over to the managers and was told, we're busybut she will help you. All the while the "managers" were chatting and messing with a card reader. 1 employee was working thedrive through and another prepping orders. Another person was waiting and I made a comment to him. He stated "its always likethis, kids". The guy prepping then acknowledged me. I told him I was there for a pickup. He said "OK, I gotta do this guy whohas been waiting for 20 minutes ". I said you could use some help and pointed to the 2 who were chatting. He laughed and said "those are the managers". They clearly heard me as they looked my way then continued to do seamlessly nothing. It took awhile butI finally got my order. Not sure how what type of training is provided to your "managers " but I would suggest some additionaltraining on customer service. Go to another Dunkin. This one sucks Read more

Very odd, nearly incoherent experience at the drive thru window after sitting in line for nearly 30 minutes. Woman on the... speaker would repeatedly yell out "hello, hello" and the just disappear for a few minutes at a time before coming back to repeatthe same dialogue. Eventually my order ended up on the screen but was never fully corrected or even confirmed as the employeeagain drifted off somewhere else into other conversations with other staff. Eventually my husband just pulled forward afterabout 5 uncomfortable minutes of this. This odd behavior continued at the window as the employee would struggle to confirm thecorrect order and spend long moments just pausing and staring at my husband for 10+ seconds before they could finally confirmour correct items (1 coffee and an order of bagel minis). Eventually we received the items after about 10 more minutes of thisback and forth pausing and opening and closing of the windows. Unfortunately the coffee was inedible and the minis were cold. Iwas willing to look past it all because I hold a service job myself but the lack of coherent communication is prettyfrustrating, especially when you end up spending money and time on something you cannot consume. I do understand that a lot of places are understaffed. I'm not unsympathetic to this. However after waiting for over 15 minutes... at the drive through speaker, I asked if anyone was there, no reply. Five minutes later, I asked again and was met with some kidon the other side saying "Jesus, we know you're there! It's busy so just wait. I pulled away and got Starbucks after that, indecently they had my order completed in less than five minutes. Definitely go there and stay as far away from Dunkin asphysically possible Read more

Donuts and frozen coffee were awesome. Ordering at the kiosk does not allow for very specific drink substitutions, and was... cumbersome. Nobody available to verbally place an order. I saw 3 customers walk out due to the delay of placing an order. Read more

I placed a mobile order for 3 drinks and it was ready when we walked in the door but it took them at least 10 minutes to even... acknowledge us. There were 6-8 of them moving around and several of them looked past us. By the time they acknowledged us, thecold foam on our drinks was melted. We are DD regulars and have NEVER had this issue. And they are more staffed than our normaland less busy. Plus the drinks (cold brews) were not as strong as they normally are. They were too worried about their drivethru customers to notice the 1 set of customers waiting at the mobile pickup. That is ridiculous. Read more
