This is a Dunkin and Baskin Robbins the service is always very slow here if in drive thru wait a long time even longer inside.... You have one person on night shift knows what's she's doing and the other 2 are slow and don't listen.. the girl is doing allshe can correcting orders taking orders etc. The others have no clue what they are doing we waited 30 min for drinks and waswrong she had to redo them Read more

Another one star review. The guy on the speaker refused to speak louder even after several requests to do so. My wife wanted hot... fudge over all three scoops of her banana split (at least they had bananas!) and we had to send it back three times to get more.We finally gave up. I had about a tablespoon of hot fudge on my 2 scoop(!) sundae and just didn't bother. All that for over$12...We had decided to give this place another chance, but we're done with it. There's another BR on the other side of town. We'll try there next time we want ice cream in Martinsburg. Read more
Not very pleased with the service I received. As an ex Baskin-Robbins employee from 30 years ago, this visit was a... disappointment. My wife and I were not greeted at all and were just standing in line for 5 minutes before someone acknowledgedour existence. We contemplated leaving but we were tired of soft serve and wanted real ice cream. They were out of chocolateice cream, hot fudge and sugar cones. It appeared that there were only 2 staff working, on the first hottest weekend in June, and a manager that was more concerned with everything else besides customers. This place needs to shape up. Hire more staffand have supplies especially when you know it will be hot and people want ice cream. Read more
Attempted to place in order here on a Saturday for 2 people. They were out of the following item: bananas, brownies, chocolate... ice cream, strawberry ice cream, chocolate sauce, marshmallow sauce, strawberry sauce... essentially any items needed for someof the sundaes offered on the menu. Then we started trying to just order scoops of ice cream.. rocky road, butter pecan.Everything and anything seemed to be out. We finally ended up with vanilla ice cream that had maybe a tsp of caramel sauce ontop, for the bargain price of $5 each. It was a long wait for really overpriced vanilla ice cream. WORST SERVICE! I took a lyft because our family enjoys their ive cream. Big mistake! I asked for a 12 or 24 ounce Oreo. The... largest they had was a triple scoop. Instead of trying to accommodate my request i was treated as if each question was anuisance. When I finally settled for the few options available the woman moved so slow. Then took forever scooping the ice creamwhile my lyft driver was ready to leave me for taking too long. Finally a coworker came to help and moved a little faster. Thenafter i paid, still waiting for order to be completely scooped, i was told my 6 containers had NO LIDS! And the donuts irequested werent available either. This IS NOT the first time this has happened. Someone needs to teach customer service andinventory. Read more

Garbage customer service, if you can even call it that. Didn?t have what I needed for a doordash order, and instead of... cancelling it themselves so i could get my money back, they sat back and had the dasher uselessly tell me they couldn?t make myfood.
