When i pulled up behind the only other customer i noticed a verbal altercation between the customer and the employee taking the... order. F bombs from both the employee and the customer cussing each other out. The customer peels out and im next in line. Inabout 5 minutes i get a "what do you want?". Well, order food was the idea. I give my order and pull up to the window. Shetakes my card then 10 minutes later i get my card back. I finally get my food 20 minutes in. I only had a daves triple, adouble and a large fry. ordered through app to avoid the wait but had to wait anyway because the dining room is closed due to short staff. would have... liked to know that before placing mobile order to pick up. very disappointing and a total waste to bother using Wendy's app.Then gave me dirty looks when I wouldn't pull away without my sodas. I understand when you're short staffed but please don'thave an attitude with your customers. we didn't know you were going to have such a horrible day. Read more

I came to this establishment to get a #3 with a strawberry lemonade. I do not visit this location often. My last visit was... around this same time of day and the girl at the window was so focused on selling me boo books that she forgot to give me mystrawberry lemonade. The manager on duty that night was Sheri or Sheryl. She advised me that she was putting my name in the bookto come back and get another lemonade since they forgot to give me mine. I am here today ordering the same exact meal. Danielleis the manager on duty. I advised her that my name was in the book and the manager Shery or Sheryl did not tell me that I had atime limit to come back and get my drink. Danielle's attitude was extremely NASTY! She rolled her eyes at me and slang herbraids as if she wanted to get physical. Body language says it all in customer service. I asked her was there a problem that Iwas inquiring about the lemonade and her reply as she smacked her teeth and rolled her eyes again. "I'm trying to see what'sup". If you have a person with this type of attitude managing others and serving food, your establishment needs some trainingson people skills and customer service. The polite reply would have been to say, " well ma'am it has been over a week and you areunable to redeem the drink that we forgot to give you." Mind you there is also an upcharge for strawberry lemonade. Read more

Worst Wendy's I have been to. Should fire entire staff, everyone working behind counter act they are mad at the world. No... customer service skills,Corporate should close this store or hire a staff they a little customer service skills. Store was dirtyat 12:30 pm, only two people in dining area. This was the second time within in a month that I was there, will not be back.Burger King just across Belair Rd. Read more

I got what was ordered, and the workers were not rude like some of the reviews said. I guess that is because I was in the drive... thru. The food was good also. There wasn't anything wrong with it. Read more

Service was extremely slow on June 10th at 10:40p. It took roughly 30 mins to get my food. But the lady working the window was... super nice and polite. Multitasking at its best. Once I received my food I drove away and witness the younger lady in the diningroom "cleaning" the tables while having her phone out talking on it. I understand cleaning but I am so aware of SOS. She didn'thave any type of urgency while doing her duties. Food was hot and fresh so I appreciate that. Thank you. Read more

Took almost 30 minutes for the drive thru. My chilis were not even filled all the way up and I was given a regular sized... lemonade instead of the large lemonade I ordered. I decided to not to complain as I have read all reviews that say that thestaff is rude and will just refuse to help. They are on a very disappointing down hill slope. Read more
