Been my pizza hut for 20+ years. I've only had a few bad experiences and they've always made it right.

The order should arrive closer to the desired time. The order should be hot. My pizza was 48 minutes late. I understand there... might be labor problems. I live 5 minutes from Pizza Hut. I would have picked up myself if I were not sick. Read more
Ordered extra sauce on pizza and ended up with practically zero plus dried out cheese and rubbery crust. Worst pizza I have ever... gotten, and not exaggerating, not edible unless I haven't eated for days. Too bad Papa John's near me was closed tonight. Read more
Pizza was not made as ordered. My half pepperoni and half cheese was 1/3 pepperoni, with what looked like the cook cared less... about how the ingredients went on. My pepperoni, mushroom and black olives had no black olives, and the toppings were random,some pieces of pizza having very little if any of the ordered toppings. I?m not picky at all. My daughter brought me Pizza Hut. You know they are hard to find now. But today was not a good day. Burned... my pizzas. Bread sticks are hard as cardboard.
