After I ordered plain cheese Krystals I received regular Krystals. I blew my horn to get the man's attention who was walking... away and he screamed WHAT! As a whole the food was fine but the service was lacking. Items that were ordered they didn't have but didn't bother to tell... us. So they made the order how they wanted instead of what we wanted. Missed items that they did have. Also couldn't providea recipet for our meal so we could see what they charged us for. When we asked for it to check the order it was a simple wecan't print receipts. If you are in the mood for little burgers I would try another location as this one never fails todisappoint. Read more

DISCLAIMER: I have not been here in years so some of the things that happened may of not been the workers fault. It also was... busy. I'm sorry that this review is so long. There was a question asked(driver/family member) and the woman working there wasconfused. It was a simple question about prices. Then another worker had to come (I don't know if he was the manager) but heunderstood the question and we could order our food (I didn't order). The original price was 26 something and then it was up to27 something (don't know why). That was ok. We got the food and we checked to make sure we had everything and we were missing amedium fry. When we went back in the drive thru, the woman working just looked annoyed throughout the whole thing. The food hadmustard, a pickle, and some other thing on it that I didn't know about (was not said on the menu). That was fine except itwasn't listed on the menu (I couldn't see it at least). The food was very mediocre and some of it was hard (Chik). I don't knowif it was the food that did this but, my brother's tooth broke after taking a bite. It was just a bad experience. Read more

Absolutely horrible experience. My husband is a truck driver so we were able to park at Walmart to run to Krystal's thinking we... could go on to eat. Mmm no they had us walk up to the window to order. We didn't have a menu to order so we didn't know whatcombo was what. We just order 5 Krystal's, 2 chicken sandwiches, a chili cheese fry and that was $32. We had cars mad at usbecause we're standing at the window. They were slow to only give us some cold burgers and half cooked chicken sandwiches. Thechili cheese fries was a small order instead of a large. We were just over it at that point. And said we will NEVER go thereagain. Only reason we did is it was next to where we dropped off our load off and it was something different than what thesetruck stops serve. Read more
