Out of all the Dunkin Donuts Locations in the CSRA, this one on Bel-Air Rd Martinez, Ga. is the Worst. They're constantly... messing up your order, and always give excuses, such as blaming it on New-Hire Employees...The Grovetown Locations, as well asthe Evans Location are Awesome. It's further for me to get to those locations, but definitely worth the Drive for BetterCustomer Service. Read more

Service is declining since my last review update. Drive thru and curbside are really good however the order ahead and pick up... inside is extremely hit or miss. Coffee has been hit or miss on quality and the hot eats have still been sub par. With notfully heated hash browns or wraps still a bit frozen. Random closing of the dining area, that's not noted in the app. It'sgotten bad enough that I am looking for a new coffee stop after 5 years. Read more

I'm sorry, but in the past ive had a really good experience with this Dunkin, but lately it's been going worse and worse and... worse. Nobody knows how to act when a question is presented to them, said question was, "I've been here for thirty minutes andthe people before me got their coffee faster than I have, where is mine?" And the girl behind the counter didn't know how tospeak, I guess, and she just turned around and ignored me. Five minutes later I finally get my coffee and it's cold, and tasteslike straight espresso, and so was the sandwich I ordered. $10.58 down the drain, i'm never coming back here ever again, peopledon't know how to run the store. And, after reading reviews from other individuals here, i'm not the only one who feels the sameway. Read more

Came in to conduct a short interview. The cashier looked so unfriendly and was awkward to approach. When I ordered, she was as... expected. No customer service and seemed annoyed that I was there. I sat waiting for my interviewee to arrive, and had tolisten to several remarks made by the cashier. (Complaints, gossip, and just negativity.) Two women walked in and I watched theservice transaction happen. Again, she was uninviting and and lacked basic customer service etiquette, and seemed annoyed to bethere. One of the ladies shook her head as she was standing there. I assume she was also unsatisfied with the service but thatwas my observation. The cafe was clean and the coffee was fine but I will not be back to this location for interviews. Thecashier is heard throughout the cafe and her negativity just made for a drab experience. Just left your location. Walked up to the door at 8:30 to find the doors locked even though everything states you are open... until 9:00. There were at least 4 employees inside behind the counter who just looked at me. When one of them looked at me andI asked why they weren't open, they then pulled the sign out that stated drive-thru only. (All while pointing at it, as it Icouldn't read) Why didn't you have that out before hand? Then as I was getting back in my car, they looked at me and gave me athumbs down. Today was the first time I tried this place for breakfast, and I ordered what I usually get when I go to starbucks. Instead of... spending $8 for my drink, I was pleasantly surprised to get the exact same drink for less than $5. The hummus toast withroasted red peppers was tasty too! Read more
