Service is declining since my last review update. Drive thru and curbside are really good however the order ahead and pick up... inside is extremely hit or miss. Coffee has been hit or miss on quality and the hot eats have still been sub par. With notfully heated hash browns or wraps still a bit frozen. Random closing of the dining area, that's not noted in the app. It'sgotten bad enough that I am looking for a new coffee stop after 5 years. Read more
I'm sorry, but in the past ive had a really good experience with this Dunkin, but lately it's been going worse and worse and... worse. Nobody knows how to act when a question is presented to them, said question was, "I've been here for thirty minutes andthe people before me got their coffee faster than I have, where is mine?" And the girl behind the counter didn't know how tospeak, I guess, and she just turned around and ignored me. Five minutes later I finally get my coffee and it's cold, and tasteslike straight espresso, and so was the sandwich I ordered. $10.58 down the drain, i'm never coming back here ever again, peopledon't know how to run the store. They're constantly... messing up your order, and always give excuses, such as blaming it on New-Hire Employees...The Grovetown Locations, as well asthe Evans Location are Awesome.
