One of the woman employees that worked there was fast and amazing at the coffees even remembered my coffee (service was fast),... nice emplyees. Same prices as usual for a Starbucks. Just waited 25 minutes for a hot tea. Finally when it came out it was made incorrectly (iced). The line was too long to make any... changes. Trashed the drink and walked down one block to a mom and pa coffee shop. Got my drink in 2 min. Won't be coming back tothis Starbucks. Read more
mostly a good place, i?ve always had a good experience besides two times with a specific worker. his name is daniel. he?s always... had an attitude and is kinda creepy. i put in my name as well, my name and he asked me if it was my real name with a look on hisface. the same thing happened to my friend who is clearly a guy. he asked if it was his real name too. maybe i?m overreactingbut he makes me uncomfortable. he looks like he?s in his 20-30?s. im in my early teens.im sorry but this guy is kinda a creep.just expect a weird interaction with him. Nice Starbucks in a quant old downtown area. Nice area to walk around if you can ignore the load trains. Enjoyed the outdoor... seating on a cool morning. The indoor seating and bathrooms were open. Service was pleasant and spot on. Would use this locationagain. Read more

11/07/2022 around 07:15-07:20 am Ordered thru the Starbucks app Tall brewed green tea in a Venti cup I got to cafe to pick up... my tea. I get my cup half empty. Okay, maybe they didn?t understand order, I politely asked barista for hot water or to fill itto the top. Barista completely snaps back at me, ?you payed for a tall right?, isn?t there a price difference?? She was justreally rude about it. And made the whole purchase uncomfortable and just unpleasant. It?s just unfortunate, bc I?m just notreturning to this location. Yes, there?s a price difference, I always thought bc the Venti has two tea bags and the tall hasone. I used to work for Starbucks. And I have never encountered this. How much would she charge me for hot water if I wantedthe rest of the cup filled? It?s not the same as lemonade or milk. Just bad customer service. Read more
