The night shift a disaster they'll be slapping music like in a club and the long line, last time took me almost half an hour... to 4p min. to get my food always in bad mood I'm not going to jack after 5:00 pm hell no!! poor management. Read more
I usually order from the Jack in the Box mobile app for efficiency's sake, choosing to pick up from inside at the counter so I... can bypass the usually long line at the drive through. Lately I've been finding the dining area to be locked despite the mobileapp and Google relaying that the dining room is open from 6am to 11pm, not to mention there's a sign on the window saying thedining room is open and no visible dining room or drive through hours are posted outside the building. The service is otherwisebetter than most other places I go, but this one inconvenience has been ruining my experience so far. Read more
