Food: was ok. We ordered the impossible burger meal, bacon double cheeseburger, and chicken nuggets. The burgers and nuggets... were warm. The French fries were at least fresh. Ambiance: inside is definitely not good for dining in. It looked like they hadwater damage from the rain. The floors had a little bit of flood water. The ceiling were like ripped or damaged as mentionedpreviously. Maybe they should have closed the lobby. Not attractive. Service: was going to the ?drive-thru? but the like wasridiculous and was taking long. We went inside and it took long as well. This Burger King is just disgusting. I drop my mom off at the VA department and decide to go get a bacon king with my rewards... points. Come to find out the lobby is closed and the only way to get this is through the drive-through. I noticed that thedrive-through is extremely long. I decide to wait in the drive-through they?re taking orders one by one and having the cars pullup very slowly I end up ordering and using my points for bacon king which cost me a total of 1400 points. I get the bacon ????I?ll take a couple of bites and it is extremely raw by this time. I?m already on the freeway with two pieces of bacon. ??????????? Disappointed to apply to work there. I went to apply, I was called and they made me sign the documentation. After a few days... when I should already start working with them, they never answered my message, I called, I wrote asking for my schedule, theytold me that the person responsible for entering the documents was full and had not been able to do it. I said oh ok it canhappen ok I hope. Days go by, I ask again what happens to work, they tell me that there is no place. I said why? If before goingto sign I asked many times about the schedule, my availability, payment etc. because I needed the job, in the end they came outthat there was no place, I asked if there was another option I did not have an answer either, I think it is disrespectful,receiving an application, call an interview, contact by phone, make go sign papers, Don't have a concrete answer, I just askthat they don't play with people this time it was me, I trusted and I was out of work. This location is ridiculous. I went in here a few months ago and my burger bun was like cardboard, you know like left out on the... counter for a week. It took awhile to come back and since then it isn?t much better. Long wait times in the drive thru even whenit isn?t busy. Today is the last time go there when they have now dictated what I eat my fries with. I asked for zesty like allthe other times and the lady wanted to charge me $0.27 for one and told me that only ketchup comes with fries. She didn?t evengive me a receipt. Horrible. Bulldoze it and let?s get a real burger joint in this spot. Update, just got home, no ketchup inthe bag, and I have a fried potato medley with old grease fries, new, and even a tater tot or whatever. I will not be eating there anymore. Ch-king sandwich was Burnt on the outside and Raw on the inside my fries were cold and they... only had two drinks Fanta and coke. Not on my list of places to ever eat at again. Read more
I waited a minute before I got an answer through the drive-thru. She asked me to wait a minute. 5+ minutes later I'm still... waiting and people are honking. She finally says she's ready and I give her my order but than she tells me to wait again. Idrove off and the car behind me drove off as well. Read more
