I had a better review before but after tonight , I had to take it down and change it. Completely hurt my 6 year old daugther... for her birthday party. Held a private party for my daugthers birthday. Booked 5-7. Was initally told could come in and setup ay 4:30. Well then didn't say the earlier skate had 6 parties. Walked into several hundred people. 430 came. And none of theparties were in and hurry to leave. Myself and my parents in their 60s try to help clean up to get it ready proceeded to gettold that they have staff. Well it's 10 minutes to the party and still cleaning. Guest start coming still setting up. Gave apaper with the songs I n it my daugther wanted nothing. Was told one price for the rental but bill became way bigger. Myunderstanding was a scoop of ice cream was included. Nope didn't do that either. No pricing is written down, nothing on paper.Party goes till 7. That's what I was told. Again 630 nope have to move and clean up for another party at 7. Daugther didn't havetime to open gifts. So I'm thinking we get two hours of skating but really between them still cleaning and telling us we have togo by 7 maybe a hour of skating. So then my daugther stays for the open skate at 7. Other party for a woman in her 20s. Theyannounce her birthday but forgot or couldn't announce my 6 year olds birthday? Huge tears running down her face! What a joke!My daugther loves skating and just totally was crushed. No wonder everything is cash and nothings written down. So if you haveissues can't dispute a charge or point out something in writing. Having a party here for you kid? Hopefully won't do what theydid to my kid. Read more

We went a second time to Roller-skate last Sunday, Wish I could leave a second 5 star review. An amazing place, ran by amazing... people, great family entertainment at affordable prices. A good breakfast and crazy cheap. Must try the homemade in house icecream. Then we went Roller Skating and had a great time. Loved the Christian music night option! Read more
