First time there, and we ordered 3 sundaes and not a single one had all the toppings available. They were out of a bunch of the... topping. The girl was nice but didn't tell us they were out of toppings until after they were made. We paid full price for anincomplete product. Read more
Riz did a WONDERFUL job on the ice cream cake I picked up! The flavor was amazing and so much better than DQ (because there is... actual cake inside!) I highly recommend any cakes done by Riz! I would like to point out that the customer service was not thegreatest when I went to go pick it up, but that was the only ?flaw? of the whole experience. Read more

I absolutely love Baskin-Robbins... I'm From Illinois and I grew up with them from 1970 but...this Baskin-Robbins is terrible.... They never have the ice cream I want when I get here. They carry it but they're always out and they haven't gotten it in in awhile according to the worker I asked the drive-thru. So...I asked for regular chocolate ice cream for my sundae and they didn'thave that either.... So I ended up going with just plain vanilla. When we got our Sundae's the chocolate was hard and clumped onone side on my sundae and for boyfriend sundae his hot fudge was stuck to Just his spoon. I asked if they offer coupons topeople when they don't have what they order and the girl told me... No they don't do that. I felt like they should have beenable to offer something as many times as we've been here and they never have the ice cream in stock that we want. Read more
I saw a layered sundae on the door dash app for this location but decided to go to the drive thru instead so I ordered an Oreo... layered sundae and I knew immediately the guy working didn?t know what I was talking about. Instead of asking, he just gave me ascoop of Oreo ice cream. I didn?t say anything in thinking I saw it wrong on door dash but if you?re going to work somewhere youneed to know the menu. Read more

Did not have most of the items that other Baskin Robbins serve. Very limited choices so I ended up ordering 2 large milkshakes... which were outrageously priced to begin with. They were literally milk consistency and barely any flavor from the ice cream. Very disappointed as Baskin Robbins was always my ice cream go to place when I lived in the Fox Valley area. I will most likelynot go back. Read more
