I went in for my Dad hes a fan and they were very quick and his sandwich was really good.All the added veggies werenfresh and... crispy and had good color to tomatoes.The staff was very quick and kept the people in line moveing along and very quick in andout...Way to go marshalltown subway at Nicolas Center.Also store appeared in order and clean.Thank you subway...I do have to sayis good thing i dont work there..I WANTED TO REACH BACK AND EAT SOME OF YOUR SLICED ROAST AND CHICKEN CHUNKS MADE ME SO HUNGRY. Great store. They had just finished up with an entire bus full of softball girls. We came in the store was in great shape very... clean. The two guys working counter over very nice and respectful. The food was great. Read more
I went to get lunch, the place is disgusting and so dirty, the glass alone is filthy. There was food under the tables and the... tongs for the cookies had food stuck to it. The staff was non existent like they were mad to wait on me, I ended up leaving thestore without any food. I think they should have the state go there and look they would get shut down right away. They didn't have it done nearly as quickly as they had said online. It really wasn't their fault. The store wasn't built to... handle making sandwiches as fast As they would have had to. They were extremely busy. I don't know why we don't have twosubway stores in Marshalltown. Used to. They handled it really well and the order was correct and delicious. Thank you. Read more
I love Subway, however I love lots of ingredients on my sandwich like enough to build a sandwich, not just a few pieces of... lettuce, etc.. I also love staff that greets you, speaks up, and is friendly. I get that hard workers is hard to find, butcustomer service is common sense. Please do better.
