It is ridiculous that a drive thru wait time is 30 - 40 mins. The whole point of a drive thru is for it to be faster. And when... you're drive thru line bleeds out onto the street, you're goal SHOULD be to keep traffic moving but it seems like people pull upto the order sign and are left waiting for 5-10 mind just to place their order. Spent 20 minutes in the drive through on Thursday September 1st, took about 5 minutes just to take my order from the speaker,... there were 2 cars in front of me. I ordered a Boston cream donut, a medium iced nutty pumpkin coffee, a sausage egg and cheesebreakfast croissant and hash brown bites. I drove up to the window, paid, was handed the donut and coffee and told they werestill making the food, 15 min later another girl comes to the window and asks what i need and i told her i was waiting on myfood still, she turns around and grabbed it and handed it to me. Drove off, headed out of town and went to take a bite of thebreakfast sandwich and saw a very long blonde hair sticking out of the sandwich. Didn?t even take a bite, threw it away. My son and I go every weekend to sit and have some one on one time. We both love the drinks and donuts. When we first started... doing this we would both get a grilled cheese and they were delicious but we have now stopped as the quality has went straightdown the toilet. We went today and decided to try in case it was better. It was somehow worse. As with the last few times, themiddle of the grilled cheese was cold so of course it was not melted. Only half of one side was toasted. Very greasy and chewy.They both went in the trash and we will stick with drinks and donuts from now on instead of wasting money on sub par food. Read more
Donut I got was amazing as always!! Staff was very nice and was working well with the Sunday morning rush. However I got an iced... caramel coffee with cream and sugar and you could not taste the caramel or sugar at all! Read more
Pricey but who isn't anymore? Great coffee and donuts. I haven't been impressed with the other food items though. Just got... two large French vanilla ice coffees with sugar and extra cream. Good flavor some might find too sweet. Read more
Hot foods are not made after 6pm. I was unaware of this. This should be displayed with menu and hours. One hot coffee no cream... or sugar just freshly brewed I saw got passed to the back while another individual serving the window looked back and giggled.Then smuggly handed me my drink. That I through into the trash. I went next door and order from some place that values theircustomers. I wont be back.I have never had a problem with morning staff. I just want to clarify that. Its been some time now,believing the night staff was taught a different way than morning staff? I didn't realize the time but thank you, for remindingme why, I stop in the morning! Service not very friendly, or quick, bad teamwork and manager openly chastising all employees in front of customers which is... never good. First time getting a dozen donuts there. Would expect them to be better for over $17 for them. Read more
