I've been in iowa now for about 2 years I just found out about this place today I had the mushroom Swiss burger double for lunch... small fry I'll tell you what worth the wait I give them 10 Stars if I could it was so good I had to go back and get two more fordinner with a large fry and the fries were so hot and warm oh my God it just made my drive home a pleasure I hate waiting for afast food place and you get your stuff and it's just nasty old tasting and cold this place made me a customer for life wowunbelievable forget about Burger King forget about McDonald's this place is where it's at and the staff was so friendly I can'tthink of any other fast food place at this moment these guys forget about 10 Stars I'd give them 20 I had to write this as I'meating this place is really good and it's my favorite color blue. I asked for ice in my root beer and still didn?t get any. Not sure why that?s the only drink anywhere that doesn?t come with... ice. Warm root beer, awesome. Another thing, I don?t mind at all that I usually am asked to ?pull up? since it?s a consequenceof having freshly cooked food made to order. But, please don?t give me anything until my entire order is brought out. I don?twant my daughter screaming for her frozen custard while it?s melting because I believe she should eat her dinner first. good food. but every culver's I ever go into can not make my ice cream to save their life. it's a chocolate concerte mixer with... strawberry and banana. I always get vanilla. it took 3 times at this location to get it right. the last finally asked if thecashier rang me up. I said yes the cashier rang me up. she then said well she's new and besides myself I only have one otherperson here who is proficient... that is pathetic. Read more
There is no way you can call this fast food. Had to wait 25 minutes for our food in the dining room while we watched car after... car in the drive through get their food first. If you want to go here, get in the drive thru. Read more
I usually go through the drive-through - the food is always fresh and hot, and the staff efficient. I love the grilled chicken... sandwich and the butter burger. And they offer a senior discount. Read more
Overall experience was not the best the line moved fast however the girl running the drive thru was not very friendly and had a... very hostile rude attitude. The kid that brought out our food was very friendly respectful all around good employee there. Thereroot beer tasted like it needed to be changed. Read more
