Took a bit to get my food but was good 15 minutes better than 30 like the end blvd location.
This whataburger is always at least 20 min wait time and it's 100% guaranteed that they will forget you're gravy everytime with... chicken strips. Nobody is ever at the counter. I'd rather drive to Carthage to the better one. Read more
Curbside order, never came out, went inside 40 min after waiting to ask what was going on with my order its been an hour since... the order was placed.... boy said oh sorry, gave me cold food and an extra cookie. Made it home and missing part of my order.Let's just say they need a manager that cares about work and not hanging outside on the clock talking with friends. Every otherwhataburger is fast and gets orders correct!! Why can't Marshall businesses keep up??? Employees just want to get paid, but dobare minimum to get by and care less about customer service!!! Food was delicious, when finally corrected from receiving the wrong items. Victoria was super sweet and helpful. We love this... place, but it wasn't a great experience this time around with a bunch of hungry kids. Read more
Burgers are great but the service is lacking. There was something off about the order taker. After she finally managed to take... my order, then proceeded to give it to another customer when there was only one other person waiting. Insist on a table markerto be sure you get your order quickly and when it's hot. Read more

Wonderful staff! First Whataburger experience and the Texas hospitality was out of this world! The food was very good, the... service was fast (considering our group of 14) and the facilities were clean. Prices on the high side for fast food, but so wasthe quality. Read more
They take forever and a lot of times get an attitude with you. Once pulled up there and was continuously called ma'am even tho I... clearly have a man's voice and face. I only gave you two stars instead of one because at least they get the food right ...sometimes. Read more
