Seems most of the times I have been there, there is always an issue with something.. register is down, no money for change so... can only take a credit card, understaffed so can't serve food, the speaker box doesn't work, and on top of that the staff thatwork the drive thru are rude as hell! Inside is closed down, can't go inside to order. I guess too bad if you have a vehicle too tall for the drive through.... Unbelievable 2 years after COVID and this place still has the inside locked down out of fear, yet Walmart right nearby hashundreds of people crammed inside maskless and nobody is worried. Then again perhaps it has nothing to do with covid anotherrecent reviewer mentioned finding a roach amongst their food, perhaps they're scared of people being inside and seeing roaches.Anyway, I went to subway in Walmart instead. This place has gotten so bad. Just picked up a burger and fries. The burger was cold and not fresh. I ordered it dry, all the... way. It came slathered in mayo with tiny piece of lettuce. Probably the worst managed fast food joint in Marshall. Don't know ifit's ignorance or apathy. Do know I will not be back. Read more
Over the last few month's we've visited visited more than 4 times going through the drive through placing our order only to be... told they are "out of tea". This time caused us to leave without placing an order. They have a large flag outside saying "Diningroom Open", it Is Not open as they are drive through only. Read more

I've been waiting for the menu to change into lunch and the breakfast one is still up I called to see when they would change it... and she said someone will eventually change it. Idk if that meant they where doing it rite now or they would eventually. Iwaited 5 mins before leaving and they hadn't changed it. Read more
