Very slow as disconnected robots and no belts to keep their pants up. I waited 7-14 minutes for my simple meal, waited... completely 5 minutes to even have my order placed. Would never recommend. Read more
Chicken combo was terrible and the chicken sandwich. Both were cold and tasted like they had been sitting around for hours. If... you're in the mood for chicken this place isn't worth visiting go somewhere else. I've had better chicken at KFC nearby. Read more
Went to Popeyes today and waited at the drive-thru speaker for 7 minutes with no response. Finally going to the window to be... told that the headset was dead. I advised they should put a sign on the speaker stating to order at the window and was told thatif no one answered after a few minutes people will drive to the window like I did. Very unprofessional. When the young man gaveme my dipping sauce it was tossed to me and landed on the floor of my car. The young man then looked at me and said oops!!!! Themanager with the blond hair and eyelashes that looked like camels just stood there looking at me. Needless to say I will not beback!!!!!!! Too ghetto for me! Read more
Went to drive thru waited seemed like a long time, gave up went inside, one customer ahead of me, waited seemed like a long time... finally gave up and left, I don't live in Marshall full time but I work here alot and stay in motels months at a time. I havebeen here several times, the one time that I got waited on and got some chicken strips when I got to motel to to eat it wasn'tstrips very disappointed. I eat at Popeyes frequently in other places so I'm very disappointed in this one, I guess I'll haveto wait untill I go home to eat my favorite chicken because I doubt I'll try this one again, just not meant to be!! Every time I go to Popeye?s they messing up something. No one in the drive thru when I get there and still manage to forget... items that I order including something always floating in my drink. I?m done this time for sure. Read more
I have not been to Popeyes in awhile and I was dissatisfied with how the service was. Before the food got to me, it was cold... but it still tasted good. The manager has her hands tied and I wish her the best, but the service was not up to par. Furthermore, my soda was flat and they ran out of ice. They wasn't even busy but the service was still slow. I wish I could havehad a better experience but I'm hoping the next time I come to Marshall, I will enjoy the service. Read more
Always an issue. Been here 3 times since June 2022. 1st time I waited in line for what felt like forever until it was my turn to... order only to find out it's cash only. 2nd time went pretty speedy but was served regular and not the spicy chicken we hadordered and they left off the 3 orders of chocolate beignets only to find out none of them made it home with us, 20 minutesaway. I called several times but each time was a busy signal. 3rd time the food was what we ordered but waited over 10 minutesafter ordering before our food was ready. Read more
