Very unprofessional. The male manager was rude not only to customers but employees as well. The lobby was disgusting. There was... a male worker that was eating while on the floor working. Very unsanitary. The counter where the condiments are was filthy. Thedrinks were mislabeled and most were out of syrup. The bathrooms were horrible. Even the women's had urine all over the toiletseat. They served pink patties and the grease they fried the fries in was old. Health inspector needs to come out. Read more
Helpful employees, order was correct and condiments/utensils were all there. Current road construction (9-09-22) has confused... some drivers so be careful of cars stopped improperly or pulling out in an unsafe manner. Read more
Stopped at this place during road-trip. Service terrible. Some waited 40 minutes for orders that ended up incomplete or wrong.... We waited so long that we were ready to just abandon and let them have the money we?d already paid?but then our food appeared.Lobby full of angry customers. Pulled into the drive through at 10pm. A line of car and I'm thinking wow, must be a good MickyD's. Nope, waited for 20... minutes at the order station without response. That means the person at the pickup window was waiting 20 minutes for theirfood. Hello, it's McDonalds.......I did not order, just pulled forward at this point. Still waited another 15 minutes in lineafter passing order station.....NEVER GO TO THIS MC DONALDS AT NIGHT. They had staff.....no one doing a dang thing exceptsitting on their fist, leaning back on their thumbs....times like this I wish Goggle Maps had a negative star rating... Read more
I like this McDonald's and I would give it a 5 star rating BUT here's the problem. I understand there's a staff shortage BUT if... I order on the kiosk and then no one answers my calls for when I need to pay in cash , then I'm gonna be upset. And I'm not theonly one that this happened to. Now with that being said , the manager with the tattoos. Either get him a good paying raise orgive him a long deserved vacation. He's having to put up with staff shortage, rude customers that don't listen , and bad drivethrew customers , yet some how still has a.smile on his face , makes sure his lobby customers are all happy and helps them onthe menu when needed. Walked in. I travel for work and stay at a hotel within walking distance. After a 15 hour shift I was hungry, tired, and just... wanted a quick meal before bed. I was treated as if I was a burden and barely spoken to. My order was literally ?tossed? at meand before I could speak she was out of sight. We stopped at this McDonald?s to get a ?quick?bite before we headed back to Ft. Worth. Yeah right! Waited in the drive through... about 20 mins and when we got our food we didn?t get two of our sandwiches! Tons of napkins but no sandwiches. We we?re back onthe highway when I started passing out the food. I tried calling back to the store but no one answered.
