NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I nor my family eat there or plan a birthday at the location in Marshall, TX again!!!! I preordered... over 125 chicken strips for a birthday party over a week ahead of time and the day if the party, NO ONE there had a clue aboutmy pre-order, not ever the day or night shift manager! Like I planned my childs bday there because that is where he wanted it!Instead we had a birthday with NO food until almost 20 minutes before everyone left well over an hour after ot started! Very disappointed pulled in Friday just a little bit after 4pm to the drive thru there wasn?t anyone in the parking lot and only... two people waiting for an order. Was told to wait and after nearly ten minutes I ask again for help I was again met with prettyrude hold on. At that time I moved on to another restaurant that was more professional. Read more
Pulled in to get a 7 peace tender meal to go and asked if I could get the meal without the drink and was told yes so I told the... drive-thru person that I wanted the 7 peace tender MEAL without the drink and extra gravy and was charged $15.78 and after abouta 35 minute wait to get to the window to pay for it I was given only the tenders and extra gravy with no french fries which Iassumed came with the meal so before driving off I parked and called to speak with the manager and asked why I ordered the 7peace MEAL but was only given the tenders. The manager asked me to read off the receipt to him and once I did he told me thatshe only charged me for the tenders and must have failed to ring me up for the complete meal and said that if I wanted the twosides that come with the meal he would have to charge me but in my opinion at the high price of 15.78 it should at least comewith french fries for that price and on top of all that the chicken tenders breading was extremely hard and the chicken was verydry. It was almost like they took yesterday's chicken tenders and reheated them in the fryer in a sad and pathetic attempt tosave money and then pass off the nasty and high priced chicken to the customer. Chicken is average. The best part about this place is the tea. You can buy it by the gallon either sweet or plain. The sweet is... Extremely sweet! We buy 2 plain and one sweet. Husband does half and half. I do 1 to 4. Either way it is the best place to gettea in Marshall. Read more
Went through the drive through for two 4 piece spicy dinners. Got told it'd be 10 minutes and to pull to the parking lot. No big... deal. I went in after 25 mins and asked if they forgot about me. They said the chicken was almost done. Took another 10 mins ofstanding inside to get my food. There were no customers inside and just a trickle through the drive through. Chicken wasovercooked and salty as all hell. Fries were undercooked. Mashed potatoes, I don't know what was wrong with them but they werefully inedible. For the prices they charge at that place they could've at least gave me some good food for wasting 40 minutes ofmy time. Read more
Couldn't get someone to wait on me after getting my food because they don't have anything out for the customer to access. No... napkins, no season salt, nothing. Asked for some honey mustard while ordering, but didn't get it, young girl who did get themustard spaced out and put it in a drive thru order. I was the only person eating inside and this was the experience with atleast 7 employees working, imagine if there were 2 people. Very disappointing service and lack of leadership in the place,employees shouting and cussing doest make for a welcoming environment to spend your money at. Chicken was good though, so 1star. I was a bit concern when I came in and the kitchen was loud and yelling orders back and forth, but I was pleasantly... surprised. Cons : Odd how they communicate in the kitchen Pros: Awesome service, quick, and good meal. I even noted one of thegirls offer to get the door for a customer with her hands full. Food: I ordered a #1, with mashed potatoes and fried pickle slices. The pickles had no real amount of breading on them, nor any... crunch. As for the chicken, you know they needed to change the oil from the first bite. Service: The service was o.k. Read more
