The manager caught picked her buggers then I told my friend he said she need to go back to training of customers first not... money. Then guiding the front hostess to set a order of 5 in a place of six, she only did for four and made them move. How rudeof the managers running this! How nasty and rude!!! Read more
Eh.... I mean its ok... wasnt real hungry ordered appetizers. Pretzels and Beer cheese sauce and nachos.....it was maybe... 8pm..not busy at all... Cheese dip was cold... Pretzels over cooked and nachos looked like they were left over chips that werein the bottom of the basket. Waitress was very standoffish..literally...she stood at the table on the other side of the isle totalk to us..4-5 ft away... sweet tea was not sweet and soda has way to much carbonation.. but all that being said... peopleplease tip your wait staff... we gave her a decent tip ..and she followed out the door asking if we wanted change... told her noand she looked stunned ...big smile .. told us thank you... wished us a good night.. like she had never got a tip... Nice location right off the road. Staff was very friendly and food was good. Location has been clean each time we stop... there. Seems hard to get utensils without having to ask for them and the servers are not always attentive so you will bewithout a refill in spots. When the servers are alerted you have a need they are super helpful. Decent place if you are on theroad. Read more
Typically Applebee's is a safe bet. Today was a surprise. My fish & chips looked good, but it was extremely rubbery. There were... no servers, and I was unable to locate someone to correct the problem. I waited to speak to manager... waiting about 5 minutes,finally someone came out saying the manager was busy. The food was pretty good... Service not so much. Thought maybe she was a new waitress and wanted to give her the benefit of the... doubt but when she argued that the tea she gave my husband was unsweet when it was sweet, well let's just say I'm proud of myhusband in this instance because normally it would be not have been pretty. Not sure if we'll be going back, but if we do wewill make sure we don't have the same waitress. Read more
