The food is great, healthiest restaurant in town, employees are nice, my only issue is sometimes when I order online they aren't... double checking to make sure they are getting the order right, if they could fix that problem then I'd give 5 stars Read more

Ordered in the app. Arrived at the store at the time given in the app. Went to the pickup window, gave my name and reason for... being there and was told my order hadn't even been started yet. Stood there another 5 minutes waiting for them to make myorder... which they never did. Made them cancel it. What's the point of having an app to place orders if your employees aregoing to ignore it... even after you are there to pick it up? Will never go to the Marshall MO store again. Read more
Literally the past three times i have gone to subway, they literally are out of bread before 8pm!! Like it?s seriously sooo... frustrating. I understand they get busy but they need to do better! Read more
Every time I get rotisserie chicken wrap. Chicken is always heated...this time ice cold. No where near the amount of chicken... you're supposed to get. "Seth" the one working tonight...didn't listen to me or my fiance, he was hateful, and did not care.Wrap was hard and did not taste good at all. Wish I could give negative star review... Seth and his coworker were talking abouthow nasty most their food was as my fiance and I were eating. Horrible customer service. I will not be eating at this subwayagain. Read more
Went to the Marshall Subway and will not be returning. As I waited for one clerk to get all our breads ready (my husband, my son... and myself) I watched another clerk start making a sandwich on what I thought was my bread and assumed I must have been mistakenuntil after a few minutes watching him load what was supposed to be a Veggie Delight he looks up and what dressing I wanted. Icalmly explained that he wasn't making my sandwich and he said yes I am this is a Veggie Delight. It comes with ALL the veggies.I explained to him that I have been ordering the same sandwich for 20+ years now and that I didn't want my sandwich with all ofthat on it. He then grabbed the extra stuff (most of it) and threw away and asked what I wanted on it. Now this one clerk whowas clearly in his own zone was just the tipping point because the entire time I'm waiting for food to be made, the veggiewindow area smelled like rotting food. I watched the "zoned out" clerk change disgusting looking containers as he put fresh onesin that only looked slightly more appealing. The bread was very dry. Even my dog struggled to chew parts of it. If there was away to give negative stars I would so I give 1 so I can give my review of my family's thoughts of this "restaurant". Read more
Ate here for the second time today. Very happy with the service this time around. I think the guy was having some trouble the... other day. Workers were very polite while we waited for them to finish a huge order. Read more
