I had to wait for about 10-15 minutes. If something was going on behind the counter they should have told me that it would be a... wait instead of making up my mind for me by not telling me. I was about to ask for a refund when my order finally came up aftersome else's. I did customer service for 29 years and I know when service could be improved. Read more

Extremely Extremely slow at preparing food. I've been to taco bell locations all over the entire country and have never seen... anyone even a quarter this slow. Every table in the place is filthy. Staff was friendly and they got my order correct. So illgive them that. But I'm certain my toddler and a couple of monkeys could get food across the counter faster. Read more
Ordered a crunchwrap supreme but with chicken instead of beef. Paid $1.30 extra to get chicken instead of beef and they barely... put any chicken in my crunchwrap I'm talking a few strings. Basically ate a hard taco and some lettuce wrapped in a tortilla. Read more

So happy for the... huge improvement! ***We had stopped going to this Taco Bell for quite a while. Our order was incorrect, every time.
